To reserve any of our services just follow the steps below:
STEP 1: Information from the client.
STEP 2: Reservation confirmation.
STEP 3: Payment confirmation.
STEP 4: Voucher delivery and complete details of the trip.
Detailed Explanation of each step:
STEP 1
Get in touch with us by means of our electronic mail: info@toptravelgroup.com Fill in your personal information the following way:

- Real or reference name.
- Email where information can be sent. (Include three emails as alternatives).
- Requested services.

In the square space write the services that you request, detailing your information in order for our commercial representative can request and confirm exactly what you need. Write all you want, the space will allow it.
STEP 2
24 hours after your request, you will receive a message via email with the following: Name-Code of your request in our Reservation System. (RTT) and a 6 digit number. For example; RTT003542 and the State of the Reservation, that is to say, if the request has been confirmed or is in process.
If the reservation has been CONFIRMED, a reservation code assigned by the final service provider will be sent to you.
If the reservation CANNOT BE CONFIRMED, our personnel will give you an explanation and will offer other alternatives if possible.
Payment option; we will indicate the DATE in which the reservation must be paid (generally with one month in advance of arriving to the country-destination).
We will send you the bill in an Excel Format attachment with the description of the requested and confirmed services and the total amount that should be paid.
Information on the Bank Account you should use for the transfer will also be given to our client.
Note: At this moment, the payment system for the use of credit cards is not valid at this time but will be re-established shortly, we are sorry for this inconvenience.
STEP 3
Once we receive the bank transference with the payment for the services, we will notify the receipt and will reiterate the CONFIRMATION of all the contracted services.
STEP 4
Together with STEP 3, we will attach the voucher in Excel Format that will be the document that the client must hand over to the final provider in order to receive the contracted and paid services.
The message will give you contact information with the local agency of your destination, with an emergency 24 hour mobile telephone as well as any other detail or information needed. |
